How is your pricing structured?

A fixed management retainer plus a component tied to managed spend or agreed performance outcomes. We do not publish rate cards: terms are proposed after the audit, when we know your economics and the realistic upside. Incentives stay aligned in both directions.

What is the minimum ad budget you work with?

$5,000 per month in ad spend. Below that, testing velocity is too slow for a systematic approach to compound, and our engagement model stops making financial sense for you.

How soon should we expect first results?

Structural and tracking fixes typically show within 4–6 weeks. Compounding effects — creative testing, scaling, channel expansion — usually become visible by month three. We set explicit checkpoints rather than asking for blind patience.

What does reporting look like?

A weekly report built for an owner: spend, revenue and blended return by channel, what changed in the account, and what we are testing next. Five minutes to read. Numbers are reconciled against your revenue data, not just platform dashboards.

Do you sign contracts and NDAs?

Yes. Every engagement runs under a written agreement, and we sign NDAs on request — including for the audit stage, before any commercial relationship exists.

Who owns the ad accounts and creative?

You do, always. Accounts, pixels, audiences and every creative asset produced during the engagement remain your property — including if we part ways.

Why "Syndicate"?

Because that is the structure: a closed group of senior specialists bound by shared standards, operating as one system. No account managers relaying messages to juniors; the people who plan the work run the work.

Which channels do you run?

Meta, Google and TikTok as core channels, with creative production and attribution as the layer underneath all of them. We recommend channels based on your offer's economics — not on what we feel like selling.

Do you produce ad creative?

Yes. Creative is produced and tested as a system inside every engagement — concepts, variations and fatigue management on a fixed cadence. We do not outsource it and we do not require you to supply ads.

How does the confidential audit work?

You grant viewer access; within 72 hours you receive a written document: findings ranked by financial impact, a wasted-spend estimate in dollars, and a prioritized plan. It is yours to execute with anyone — including without us.

How long is a typical engagement?

Quarterly cycles with defined targets and formal reviews. Most clients stay well beyond the first quarter — retention past month six is 94% — but continuation is earned each cycle, not locked in by contract.

What makes you different from other agencies?

We operate infrastructure rather than sell hours: measurement rebuilt before scaling, creative run as a testing system, decisions traced to data you can inspect, and deliberately limited client capacity so senior operators run every account.
